Flexible shift Individuality Full Remote

Cons

Flexible so they call you anytime. Internal politics. No higher level monitoring of what's happening inside the individual regional teams. No correct alignment of team. You will be assigned to multiple projects all of a sudden when they get projects as the team is small.
