Bad management form the Management

Very classless organisation located in Goregoan, Mumbai but handled by US organisation. The management doesn't even know what they exactly need for the betterment. They will hire you then they will not discuss anything with you and then they will fire you saying that you are not on the mark. Better option not to join the HR will give you good stories but if you want to waste your time and work under pressure of termination anytime then join as per your own choice. People wants to work in comfort zone with out growing inner skills then this is a right place to work till the time they need you.
