Fast paced and challenging but also recognized for results - management will help you grow in the direction of your own ambitions if you want to take on bigger opportunities or specialize in a certain area. Leadership holds themselves to the same standards as everyone else, everyone has to hold their weight.
Cons
Each client has unique needs and unique challenges - sometimes unexpected hurdles come up last minute and you have to just figure out a way to make it work. Because business is national you deal with clients in different time zones - you’re expected to correspond with contractors in real time during install days even if its outside of standard hours . Mainly only happens when there’s any sort of weather delay and most clients are reasonable - you have to manage complaints gracefully no matter what though.
