      Pay is okay Perks good Some amazing, selfless employees in both the arb and eco teams that help everyone

      Cons

      Lots of perks restricted/since removed Micromanaging and no trust in their employees Little recognition for hard work CULTURE - more toxic than not Lack of standardised training, so quality and the amount of training given varies massively Not a welcoming environment, mgt are rude if you ask questions Favouritism Pay disparity between employees at the same level despite doing a similar workload/billing. Forced to interact with CEO's LinkedIn posts
