Most colleagues and managers are approachable and willing to help, making it a collaborative work environment.

Fast-Paced & High Workload – Managing multiple activations and promotions can be demanding, especially during the peak season. The retail industry is very dynamic and although challenging, working here could help employees develop adaptability, quick decision making, and problem-solving skills. Work-Life Balance Can Be a Challenge – Due to the retail nature of the business, weekends or holidays may require work, especially for store operations and activations. Although they do offer offset and flexible schedule options, it may still be a bit tiresome and challenging.
