      Pros

      More & more work without any meaningful impact. You will face a lot of pressure for absolutely nothing . The senior management is clueless and only worth textbook knowledge.

      Some of the employees are good and hardworking

      Cons

      The culture at Armada AI is toxic and there is a lot of nepotism in the company. You check the orgs under C suite, SVPs and VPs and they have only recruited the people they know and who are yes men and women. The work culture is terrible and leadership has no respect for employees and their well being. The management is all about selling and even engineers are always selling their newly developed features that don't have any customers
