      • Good association management company overall with friendly people. • decent benefits like bonuses and profit sharing. • woman CEO

      Cons

      • health plan is Kaiser • endemic toxic culture if you’re not in the “in” club • will find a way to drive you out if you’re different in any way • plagued with nepotism, inexperienced leaders, and micromanagement, depending on which department you work for. Your experience will heavily depend on how you’re liked by certain key leaders and the department you’re in. • mostly white management

      Female owned and ran - there's a cafe right down stairs.

      Cons

      People are overworked and underpaid. Only half hour for lunch (unpaid) Really white organization - if you are a person of color aware of racial dynamics in the work place.
