It's a paycheck, if you can endure the weird manager/girlfriend dynamics. No matter how great your performance is, the employees in the clique who will get the leads--especially if the manager's girlfriend is not trying to oust them.
Cons
Grossly inappropriate sexual remarks. Loose lips that sink professional ships such as management making disparaging remarks that arguably violate human resource privacy protections.
