Pros
The main purpose of this company is to make people happy. His employees, clients and suppliers. Profitability is for us not a purpose but a necessity to carry on. I, as director, believe that Human is good in general and as a consequence, our human management style is based on trust and benevolence. We believe in team more than in competition. When an error is made, we prefer to help improve than flame and blame. All information is opened to all, including finance and salaries. We organize a review each quarter where quarterly results and main events are presented and discussed together. Each of us can propose his own projects or personal wishes for evolution to the collectivity.
Cons
We are a small company (about 20 people). It can be considered as good or bad. The consequence is that each of us has to imagine and create his own evolution as there is no big HR structure to do it for us. I'm French (the only one in the Company :-) ). I speak Russian, not that well, but enough to communicate although I prefer to speak English as I'm sure you'll have noticed by now :-) An opportunity for those who want to improve their level in this language ;-)
