      Pros

      While not all projects are exciting, many are. We get to work in regionally and sometimes nationally on some cool projects.

      Cons

      Because we are a small, growing business, growth sometimes outstrips the infrastructure.

      Pros

      The owners are awesome. They are genuine, friendly and very down to earth. Workload is very manageable to create a healthy work-life balance. This is a great place to work.

      Cons

      It is a small business which means you will need to wear many different hats. Some people could view this as a con. After working for a large business in the same industry I find it refreshing.
