Absolutely none, no joke. Owner makes the whole office miserable
Cons
The owner is absolutely terrible, toxic, insufferable, and arrogant. Publicly puts you on the spot when you make a mistake. Will stand over your shoulder while eating and chew obnoxiously. Expects you to be a tax expert for below average pay. Just truly a mediocre individual in every sense, lacks basic empathy. This owner churns through staff and the clients are always getting a new account manager every few months.
