Weird sense that everything is urgent and critical. Extremely poor engineering culture that resulted in awful tech debt; only thing that matters is shipping new features. Very much a fix it with hopes and dreams environment. Lack of transparency in leaders. There are deeper politics in the undercurrents at play. Do not be surprised if someone sends poor messages about you to others behind your back. Not rewarded for working hard and shipping new, big work consistently. Simply not worth the pain and effort. There is a reason for the incredibly high turn over.

The app is unstable and experiences ongoing issues. Management has fostered a highly toxic work environment. Management makes bad decisions, and employees are held accountable.
