      Pros

      Young team with lesser politics (invisible politics as long as you are a 'Yes Man' ;) ) Overall good in technology.

      Cons

      Sometimes technical idiocy may prevail and improvement attempts could attract negative feedback and typical politics. Projects limited to reporting Production support beyond office timings and on holidays (for developers) No flexible work timings No exit process /exit interview (may be the management is not concerned about shortcomings or improvement)

      1. Employee feedback is not taken seriously 2. New suggestions are not welcome 3. Lots of politics/personal friendships/grudges in middle management which is affecting the hands on employees

      Thank you for providing feedback, we are making our best efforts to hear our employees in whatever way we can. Employee feedback is very important to us. We have been able to make several key changes to company policies and procedures in the past due to feedback directly received from our employees, and we will continue to do so moving forward whenever possible. The Managing Director has quarterly meetings with each of the teams to listen to feedback and openly communicate. We invite you to make your voice heard by talking with your manager or human resources at any time.

      Work on Big Data Technologies, Autonomy to learn, Relatively Flat Hierarchy, competitive salaries, talented and humble peers and boss.

      Cons

      Night Shifts. HR not given much authority making it inefficient. Ad-hoc basic project planning and training in a rapidly changing technology.
