      - Good values - Start-up spirit - International mobility: Singapore - HK - London - Luxembourg - Paris - Top management and partners really approachable and happy to help more junior staff during assignments - Friendly atmosphere: annual seminar, drinks, activities ... - Prestigious clients (banks, insurance companies) - Consultants of various profiles and with different background - Good work/ life balance - Lot of responsibilities for junior staff

      - Hard to get certifications and/ or trainings - Long period of bench - Management can be narrow-minded and a old school on certain topics

      Good clients, some interesting projects during the period between two contracts

      Cons

      Management isn't very considerate. Profitability comes first. The firm will pitch you to a client even if you lack experience, because they want to fill the position at any cost. If you run into difficulties, you'll have to figure it out on your own. And as soon as your assignment is over, your probationary period ends (profitability above all else).
