* The industry they operate in is dynamic and exciting. * Working with some amazing clients.

* Toxic culture which starts at the very top and works it's way down. * The companies values are non existent. * Working with old technology * No forward thinking of where the company is going. * Poor reputation throughout the industry. * Feels like being part of a ship that is slowly sinking.
