- A large number of employees are fresh graduates
- If you looked at the other reviews of this company, you can pretty much understand the general sentiments of the employees in this company.
- Unprofessional management; Cursing and disrespectful speeches are a common sight, not to mention childish and provocative behaviours towards entities/individuals that they dislike
- Indecisive management; Management likes to say something and then proceed to change their mind a few days later
- For most people who have left this company for reasonable reasons, they generally have to endure quite a bit of hardships during the resignation process, while management like to basically treat them as traitors after they left
- Heavy workloads; no matter which department you are in, you are generally expected to handle 2-3 jobs minimum at the same time. And if someone resigns, have fun taking over the projects left behind because obviously they are not going to hire another person if there are existing employees to pile these jobs on
- Vague job scopes; due to the aforementioned point, you are somehow also expected to do jobs outside your job descriptions (which was vague in the first place)
- Lack of guidance; management like to assign jobs to you with minimum explanations and guidance, and also you probably wouldn't have any sufficiently experienced seniors to guide you because they have already left the company
- Ever-changing company policies; the best part about this company is simply how a lot of policies change within a few months
- Free unpaid overtime and minimal benefits: the perfect combo; 10 days annual leave on your first year. If you do decide to get sick, pray that you don't need any medications because you can only claim consultation fees. If you want to travel to site directly from home or vice versa while claiming taxi fees? Too bad you can only claim for that after 9pm. If the job you are doing somehow caught the interest of the boss? Amen because you have to come to work on Saturdays for as well for some sweet sweet unpaid overtime. If you refuse or unable to comply with this? You have to "build some social life in Singapore" as quoted from our management.
- As a bonus, I wonder if this review will get a reply; if it does, compare the reply to this review and you can clearly see the problem with this company
- If you think this review was all I could say about this company, think again because there are so much more poor management decisions that I am simply too lazy to type out
