He had a camera installed outside of the bathrooms so he could sit at his desk and count how many people we're using them and when. This is the honest truth! They also only paid me half of what I was actually supposed to have my final check and would give me no reason why the rest wasn't there. They also left me on payroll so I couldn't file for unemployment. I had to retain a lawyer just to get them to return phone calls on the matter. I had the highest number of sales in my training class, and this is the type of narcissistic treatment you can expect from OWNERS there regardless of performance. They do not care, you are only a replacable number! Other then that, the Sale is extreamly hard, it is legitimately the hardest thing you will ever sell. Pay stucture and commissions work in company's favor not yours at all, in any way! While your in training, you will be lucky to make any commission at all. That is real talk. Takes almost a full month to month and a half to get a sale. Training team wide, not just me. That was every individual on the team. CEO's are silver spoons and brag about all the stuff they have while you're making barely anything.
