Pros
Great place to experiencie working with great accounts. They always have good projects and very good clients in their account. A great place to learn how to implement performance campaigns.
Cons
The company doesn´t value their team and is a complete mess. They won´t even allow easily an employee to leaver for taking part in a course. A lot of promises are made when hiring but they never become reality. When an employee leaves the company it gets substituted by someone with a lower qualification.
