Strong Leadership, great culture and a transparent environment
Pros
Having worked in a few firms in this space before joining Avasant, the aspects that truly sets Avasant are the firm's culture and positive and dynamic leadership. Might sound cliche'd, but the level of positive energy I have seen here is incomparable. And its no surprise therefore, that Avasant is growing faster than any of its peers in the industry. The other factor that stuck me soon after joining the firm was that the CEO is exceptionally people focused, and makes sure he keeps himself updated on each employees' aspirations and growth in the firm, while leading from the front be it sales, delivery, or marketing. This I guess is one of the primary reasons why each employee sees a close connect with the firm's goals and gives their 150%. Overall, a fantastic place to work. I have already referred quite a few of my valued ex-colleagues here, and won't hesitate suggesting the firm to others.
Cons
Not really a negative, but the phenomenal growth rate of the firm does place some stress on the system, and most resources have to multitask - growth in clients always being 2 steps ahead of how quickly Avasant can hire. On the flip side, it provides more opportunities for professional and personal growth.
