Good Manager support Provides family insurance to employees Flexible timings (at times you also need to stretch hours) Pays salary on time Employee training program (recently started) Quarterly outings with the team (some times fully paid) Good location Work from home options (depends on manager/lead)
Cons
Sometimes you need to push yourself to work out of office hours (Depends on the client, again OT is paid in most cases) No cab facilities Late assessments (usually in Aug)
