      - cool ambience (conferences, firm meetings) - independence during assignments - best practice management - HR assistance

      Cons

      - limited number of clients & assignments topics - very average compensation - high turnover of junior and / or foreign consultants - "prestation" business - no area for self development: same experience, same assignment

      Better than other similar companies. Somehow concerned about what the consultant wants, his career growth.

      Cons

      Administrative duties. Communication with commercials is not the best part of being consultant. Benefits are not the best compared to CIB.
