Honestly no pros at all.
Cons
For your own sake of mental health, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER. Below are a few of the cons of this company. - Minimal benefits (Annual Leave etc). - Extreme micromanagement. - Middle management throws juniors under the bus to save their own skin. - Extremely high turnaround (that’s a huge huge red flag, some former employees weren’t even there for longer than 6 months) - JD says A but when you’re there you’re expected to know and do B.
