      With over 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager, and Producer, I can confidently say that Bayy is one of the most rewarding companies i have the pleasure of working with. The campaigns are consistently diverse and creative, offering opportunities to contribute to truly engaging projects. What I value most is the collaborative spirit working alongside a dedicated, like minded team that is always striving to deliver at the highest level. Bayy fosters a culture of pushing boundaries and going the extra mile, which makes each collaboration both dynamic and fulfilling.

      Pros

      I’m very confused about the negative reviews on this company. I’ve worked here now for the last year and the CEO is the nicest most understanding boss I’ve had the pleasure of working for. She’s extremely generous and is so flexible with working hours. The pay is great. The working environment, its culture and values is amazing, all the staff are like one big family. The CEO is so understanding about my responsibilities as a working mum and nothing is ever a problem for her. The company goes above and beyond when it comes to the activations and events, as well as looking after their staff and I’m so happy to be part of the team.
