Heavy sales/BD focus, even for people with strong sales skills. I sort of got the sense that the company had evolved to be more about competing with the big Canadian banks, rather than filling a void in the market that was historically outside of the banks’ risk appetite.

Fairly limited growth opportunities and most of them are only in Montreal. Critical to speak French in order to grow.

Not a lot opportunities to move up

Management, HR, micromanagement, ghosting! Over push to sell, sell, sell. Bosses are never around to help. Lazy and arrogant boss.
