There are no pros, the only pro was when I quit in their face.
Cons
One of the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced and they don't care about workers. Management is highly rude, give zero attention to safety and they hate their customers but continuously providing terrible products and services. I am surprised they not been sued by their customers yet.
