The company has decent work life balance—the latest you'll be at the office is 7, usually weekends and evenings arent disturbed unless it’s truly urgent. The working language is English, and while Chinese is common in the Taiwan HQ, most employees speak professional English, making it feel more international. There are regular team gatherings and clubs like basketball and badminton, so it's a more young and fun atmosphere than most companies. There's both b2b and b2c businesses, so you can actually learn alot. The company is small enough in that you'll have exposure to both, but that might change bc the company is growing really fast.
