Interesting work if you are on the creative side. Most employees generally good at what they do.
Cons
A real lack of guidance and briefs. Ask for one thing but when you deliver they say they wanted something else. Criticism very harsh and many people out for themselves. Part of a larger company going through tough times so everyone on edge and protecting their job as much as possible.
