Pros
The co-founders are fantastic people and are friendly and approachable. The members on different teams are also friendly, kind and easy to get along with. The role is entirely remote and equipment is provided if you do not have it. As a Junior, you will learn a lot on the job and come out as a stronger developer coming in.
Cons
The quality of your experience working as a developer is based on which team you're assigned to. If your mentor has a lot on their plate and you're a junior then expect to struggle.

Pleasant working environment that promotes a safe space for collaboration from all levels of employees. Access to senior management for support is a great perk!
