There is no pros only cons.

Cons

The people and management are complete liars. They offer you the package as per your capabilities and then they fire you as they can't fire their existing bunch of fools who are doing nothing. Also,they do wrong and then blame others for that situation. Also,no salary on time even ,I was fired last year without any reason and till now my severance is not cleared.
