Clear direction and requirements Flexible whilst studying Xmas bonus pay if you worked those days

Lots of in-politics between managers Lack of transparency No initiative to retain staff

Central location. Nice relaxed but proactive environment

Cons

Constantly restructuring and losing contracts. Create new contracts frantically without thinking about department integration.
