      The senior staff at Bellrock, have no idea how to do the tasks they have been asked to do, they are able to understand or comprehend the information they are been given, they systems they use are way out of date, they advise you of things that will happen and they never do, you can't go to senior management as they just don't care or have any interest in listening, accounts get left because SM do not know what they are doing, nor do they know how to fix issues

      Nothing, terrible company to work for.

      Cons

      Awful senior management, micromanagement, no flexibility, don’t care about staff, unrealistic expectations, bad management, overcharge clients, treat staff like rubbish, constant gossiping, school-like environment, shocking working atmosphere, everyone is stressed and doesn’t want to be there. The list goes on!

      Pros

      Worked here for quite a while and it finally feels we all want the same things. We have the same goals and beliefs in our culture, values and vision. Don't get me wrong there is still room for improvement but that's what makes life at Bellrock exciting. If you put the effort in you will get recognised. We have some great people here and we do have fun. Great City Centre Location, directly opposite Train Station - ideal for commuters and for shopping :-) Dress Down days and part of Perkz discount scheme. Employee of the month recognition with gift vouchers being given to staff.

      Seen lots of Senior Management change over the years but things are settling down now.

      Some really good people work here in a very stressful environment

      Cons

      Poor Senior Management No true experience within senior team blame culture Serco Boys rule the roost and are untouchable Senior positions held by people with no hope of acheiving real goals Too many scratching each others backs No feel for the people really doing the work
