The leadership team in Benchmark Advanced Nutrition (INVE) business is extremely confused. They lack clarity of objective and the leaders are very superficial in their approach to market.
Was a young, vibrant employee base with lots of talented people. There was a clear aim to switch staffing primarily to Norway which seems now to have largely happened.

Constant budget pressures. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Interference from investors.
