      There’s a very dark side to Benchmark that few know about

      Pros

      Established, professional realtors keep 100% of their commission.

      Cons

      While great for realtors, the same can’t be said for those hired on the corporate side. It all trickles down from the top - from a CEO who relentlessly berates and verbally/mentally abuses his own staff. If you have any moral compass whatsoever, do not work here in any capacity.

      Pros

      Excellent systems in place, tons of free training, east to get a broker on the phone, the owner of the company is extremely hands on and also very accessible to the agents.

      Cons

      Sometimes if the owner is sharing information he has shared in the past, he shames you for not remembering he's explained it before.
