I strongly advise against accepting employment here. My experience was profoundly disappointing and concerning on multiple levels, particularly regarding the standards exhibited by the organization.
The onboarding process was shockingly inadequate—approximately five minutes of documentation with HR before being assigned to conduct assessments for which I had no training or guidance. This set the tone for an organization that fundamentally lacks proper structure, support systems, and respect for professional standards.
Communication regarding company policies is inconsistent, unclear, and often contradictory. The owner/supervisor engages in complete micromanagement, frequently changing policies without explanation, which creates an environment of confusion and undermines professional confidence.
The owner's treatment of both staff and clients who raise legitimate questions is unacceptable. Concerns are met with condescension, hostility, and a dismissive attitude, rather than professional dialogue or constructive resolution. The owner’s attitude appears to be “My way or the highway,” with no regard for the well-being or input of others.
There is a disturbing pattern of staff turnover—five people left within the three months I was employed. This suggests a toxic workplace culture that is not only unprofessional but also ethically questionable, especially when it comes to how clients are treated, how billing is handled, and how employees are managed.
I left this position to protect my mental health and professional integrity. Prospective employees should seriously reconsider this opportunity—the dysfunction runs deep.
