I’m a Chinese national started working since the company formed in 2015. I contributed so much to the company, formed teams, took personality development sessions, played dual role of IT Principal and HR Manager. I’m a people’s manager. I developed staff to grow to the levels of IT Managers and Team Leads. I worked very hard to elevate the company in terms of technical expertise and workforce development, after delivering so much, I’m being treated like a stray dog that is tied to a pole at the gate. Company CTO Aleem Quadri is responsible for this condition of mine and Company CEO Ben Brukner is supporting the CTO Aleem Quadri in what whatever call he takes.
