Pros
The only pros to working at BigHit included their food reimbursement policy which was scrapped within 6 months of being enforced since the upper management likes being the only people in office that can eat and feed.
Cons
The Upper management is extremely backward, set in their ways and useless. They don’t believe in productivity or output, but rather sitting tight and looking pretty. Efforts are rarely appreciated, the CEO has an inflated ego and everyone in the upper management is too busy inflating it to actually put in any work. It’s all cool if you’re going in there to suck the CEO off :)

Pros
They will throw money at you like throwing peanuts to Monkeys in Zoo. But remember they still think you are a Monkey. And you are in Zoo.
Cons
1. Too much of Office Politics 2. Toxic Work Culture 3. Employees are seen as working machines 4. Breaks and lunch are timed so you don't spend too much time. 5. Non meritorious boot-licking culture
