Amazing product (innovative and disruptive not iterative or redundant) Amazing leadership and people mixed with highly experienced leaders and wildly capable young professionals Great office and hybrid work culture + cool events Fantastic customers that are supportive and active in helping the business grow and finding new ways to solve massive challenges Fantastic place to grow and thrive if you are capable of managing the speed of company growth.
Cons
Company is growing very fast - you need to be excellent and motivated to keep up - not the place to sit comfortably and wait for opportunities - you work for it and you get rewarded. (I don't really see this as a Con myself but it could be for certain people)
