The lab job was ok. You learn a lot initially but after a point just end up doing the same routine tasks everyday. The only good side of the job were the people I worked with- they were great. Summer barbecues, decent bonus, free coffee
Cons
There was no room for growth and no recognition for hard work. At the time I worked there lab safety was also not up to mark. The management was ok initially but after being in the job for about 2 years, quality of management and policies dipped significantly. Poor management, worst work policies, zero flexibility, zero support for employees.
