Everything is bad now. Yes the market is hard we all know that. Everyone that actually did the work or were good people have either left the company or been laid off. The owner talks a big game but there is never any actions to back up his meaningless words. No marketing team, no operations team left, no support with the two best and supportive leaders in sales that actually tried to grow the business gone. Was told once they left we would have all the support we need, more useless lip service. Everyone left at this company is broke. Just a matter of time before everyone is gone at this point which is what I think they want but don't have the stones to tell anyone.

Most of the great employees I worked with have since been laid off or jumped ship. I believe the business model is to hire the cheapest, most inexperienced labor available to offset owner, management and executive salaries, and other overhead, such as a large unnecessary building.
