Cons
1. The founders will deceive with sweet words saying "They are building a hightech product for a larger human cause" but at the end of the day it is a 'Services' company deceiving its customers with wrong time lines, billing for software engineers but working it out with meagre paid interns, interns work around 7 days a week in a tough and tiring atmosphere. 2. The CTO cannot even write a single line of code but will play all the politics. 3. Good Cop(CEO) and Bad Cop(CTO) is the game so beware of both. 4. No senior employee has stayed there for more than 6 months because of wrong and hasty decisions, lack of transparency, and bad mouthing. 5. Today the company does not have an AI lead or Blockchain lead. It is run by a 2-3 interns who will also leave soon 6. First their advisors left, next their Chief Data Scientist, then their AI team was out, UI Lead and team left very soon , Very recently their Chief Product Officer left, now their Head of Business is running a separate startup of her own. 7. Even if you do not have any option then also please have patience and do not join here. 7. This is 'Baniya Shop' so do not fall in this trap.
