-constant change -weak leadership -poor documentation and procedures and when they say they want to you to preform in ambiguity they MEAN IT (definitions changed but not put in writing, but you were graded on it) -better at holding workers accountable than providing resources -not enough standardization and uniformity -aggressive performance metrics (new categories was announced and later the consequences of the categories surfaced) -BPO aka offshoring teams taking over more and more work

Middle and Senior upper management are very inconsistent. Talent changed pretty dramatically over from 2023 to 2026. The main issue is a lack of consistent performance management of their senior leaders. There is a tremendous strain for internal resources which often leads to allocated resources being removed after being green lit. Overall the company struggles with change management. They had hyper growth, purchased BNPL Afterpay and basically had three companies internally, now they are consolidating into 1 but it has been painful.
