Pay needs to be increased a lot. Inflation is outrageous and the company hasn’t given any good raises. Doesn’t seem like the higher ups care for the drivers even though the company is operating because of them.

Lower pay than some other manufacturing facilities

Hours are rough, management is horrific.

When compared to other manufacturing facilities of this size, Blue bell is on the bottom of the list for wages, cleanliness, fair labor practices for employees and management is very sexist towards women employees. Blue bell as a company underpay their employees with low annual pay raises and use deceitful tactics when hiring new employees by over compensating the details of the company’s benefits and annual bonuses.

At first pay is a little low

Didn't have any negative experiences.

Very early job could be long hours.

Self insured. Pay is lower than most companies. Management likes yes men.
