When compared to other manufacturing facilities of this size, Blue bell is on the bottom of the list for wages, cleanliness, fair labor practices for employees and management is very sexist towards women employees. Blue bell as a company underpay their employees with low annual pay raises and use deceitful tactics when hiring new employees by over compensating the details of the company’s benefits and annual bonuses.

Slow ability for promotion due to longevity of upper management. Pay could be higher in comparison to comparable positions. Ambitious employee will probably become stagnant quickly

Self insured. Pay is lower than most companies. Management likes yes men.
