The pay is weak they don't tell you up front well to most that you make a certain amount on commission then when you get to a certain amount of money made that week u're commission drops in half. Not sure if it's really legal. The only real good thing in sales that is you still get a Christmas bonus
Cons
Health insurance is free to single people but they own there own insurance so that should tell you how good it is may take you months to get approved for an emergency surgery

they give you stock in the company, even as a temp. Free ice cream in the break room. the people are nice. can move to full time as a driver.

Cons
Lack of work life balance & not enough of of a salary to justify your hours. You will have to work long hours & work some mornings on Saturdays' & occasionally Sunday's. No overtime pay for Territory managers

Work 4 1/2 days a week and make 50-70,000 a year depending on how many stops you are given for the year. And every year they take stops or add stops to ur rout so u never know how much ur paychecks wil be. You have a base pay plus commission. And to get base pay you must work 40 hrs a week. Overtime is paid in Chinese overtime. So u make around $8 hr any hours over 40 so most people just leave when they get done.
Cons
You have to take a pay cut to move up In the company. You can only move up to supervisor from driver and u take a pay cut and you cannot move up further without a degree. Don’t matter what degree. I’ve seen a kid with a bachelors in bible study be brought right in and promoted over everyone else who has worked for a long time.
