      Pros

      No pressure of sales such as the machine got sold by the name of the company. The work environment is so awesome, and the managers are very very helpful. Your promotion depends on the performance, not the time.

      Cons

      The area is not divided properly, sometimes there were clashes in getting the orders from repeated cutomers.
