Business outlook
Pros
The people you will work with at BW are wonderful. Some of the best in the fashion industry. They are loyal and heartfelt. You can really feel the team atmosphere when you walk in the building.
Cons
The downside of BW is how the whole company is run. Every time you turn around, things are changed; from processes to decisions, you can't go a day without management changing their mind on how they want to proceed. It leaves everyone on pins and needles on whether they will have to do their work again and if management is going to wig out on everyone for doing what they asked of the support staff. As well, timelines could be met if upper management decided to stick with what they need to do and appropriately make decisions on time. And I won't even go into the legality of copying other designs and fabrics from other companies and vendors……
