Pros

The salary is in dollars. Completely remote. Colleagues are great. You get to know a lot about Vietnamese culture and its people which frankly are amazing. The benefits are awesome.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are no opportunities for growth if you are outside of Vietnam, most of the members are in that country and because of it, most positions are only available there. In the rest of the countries, you will only be able to work as support and no matter what happens you will stay in that position doing the same job every day. They have a very high bar for junior members, both in quality and performance. As a Junior, you have to meet the same performance as a senior member which can lead to high stress and worst-case scenario, burnout. In case you prioritize your mental health and do not meet the quality and performance goals you could be fired. Management also seems to believe that it's the agents' fault if it comes to that and can be very defensive about their position. Depending on your country and timezones the shifts can be brutal, you may even have to work all night and completely reschedule your life. Communication with the company can also be troublesome because of the different time zones and because of the high workload some teams may not be able to check your message. Internal documentation is outdated. Code quality is non-existent.

Pros

1. Good work condition (100% remote with many supports) and attractive benefits (gym allowance, monthly parties, performance bonus, trips every quarter) 2. Kind bosses (the three founders, each in charge of one or two teams), always listen and care about the employee's happiness 3. Friendly colleagues and team culture (young, flexible, open-minded) 4. Many opportunities to grow personally and professionally

Cons

1. The team is growing so fast. I can remember all the new faces. 2. Each team is kind of working separately. Need to have more ways to connect and collaborate. 3. Work can be stressful some periods of the year (Sales season, Holidays) since our customers are online stores and shoppers.

Pros

None. None. None. None. None. If you want to put on hold your career and personal growth, work here.

Cons

Racist. If you are from latam you don't have rights. They don't even offer maternity leave for latam women. But hey, they make linkedin posts supporting women (hypocrites). Toxic management. They treat you like a robot. They expect you to have useless meetings on sundays at 11pm and then wake up at 7 am the next day to work. They have crazy and impossible KPIs. They control every minute of your existence here. You'll end up with PTSD, stress levels, and migraine, among other ugly things.
