Company with Histroy of Empty Promise and Missing Salary

A lot of learning opportunity at the company, technical skill, customer handling, operation and so on.

Cons

A lot of empty promises from management which include company equity promised when hiring and extra bonus on project. The company even has a history stop paying employee salary / benefit when they resign but still serving their notice period.

Working with colleagues of the same age, you can participate in after-get off work activities with colleagues. You can play board games with colleagues. You can learn to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

There is a shortage of senior staff, the internal structure of the software is chaotic, it is released once a week, and each time it is a temporary change, the management takes away all benefits, and requires employees to work overtime without pay, there is only work but no balance
