      You band together with like-minded people that are also unhappy

      Cons

      Weak leadership from 'managers' You'll be expected to do your job with basically zero training or support They pretend to be flexible and accomodating No ownership when matters are reported for bullying

      Good pay that’s about all is got going for it

      Cons

      Don’t work here if you can avoid it. This place constantly hires the worst leaders in its Civic Services Department who have no idea what they’re doing. Highest staff turnover and lowest staff satisfaction.
