Every thing is nice. There is lot of learning and accountability. We get scope to work directly on the equipments. But the recent leads like the operation manager specially is a very corrupt and extreme toxic character. He threatens us, insults us in front of everyone. We are not allowed to speak any other team member. He makes derogatory remarks all the time. Takes credit for all our hardwork and speaks negative about each staff member. He speaks very rudely to vendors because of which they do not want to work here. There is lot of toxic and mental harassment. The new joiners are scared and traumatised.
Except him, rest all staff are very helpful and feel like family.
